Differences between 2000 and 1999 V6's?

I have a '99 Tacoma with V6, and found a low-mile 2000 V6 engine that I'd like to pick up for a spare. BUT I need to know if there are ANY compatibility issues whatsoever between a 2000 V6 engine and a 1999 V6 engine. Anything at all, and that includes anything that bolts to the engine, and smog issues, too.

Or are they identical in literally every way?

Thanks,
Nate

Thanks, Red. I didn't mean to "spam" the different forums with the same questions, but wanted to make sure I got as much input as possible before laying out a bunch of money for the engine/trans I found.
