2002 grand caravan transmission fluid change
Anyone got and specifics or tips on changing the tranny fluid in a 02 auto.

I can't be sure, but there should be no adjustments. Just drop the pan, check the magnet in the pan for metal filings which would not be a good sign. Wash the pan install with a new gasket, top up with about four litres to start. Any reason your changing the fluid? I changed mine just for the reason that I prefer synthetic. If thats the reason, take it to a tranmission shop and get it drained completely, For they can flush most all of the oil out of the converter. Otherwise you will only replace around a gallon.

change atf
due maintenance....got 42000miles on it. I am going to use amsoil atf+4 cheaper than mopar fluid.
