I wish, as of right now the mods for the 03 Accord are few and far between. I have spent many hours looking for them. Some stuff is out there but nothing major. CAI, 1 Body kit, and a few other things.

I couldn't decipher whether or not the guy had succesfully done it or not. he said he did but there were quite a few disbelievers. Does anyone know what the final truth was?

Re: Is there a turbocharger for accord v6 coupe 2003 ?

engines are not exactly same on 6gen and 7gen accord v6, as well as engine comparments, so sytems will be different.

here is picture of 7gen accord, this car was shown on 2003 SEMA show by Honda, and as you can see it has some forced induction system

http://hondanews.com/forms/events/*w...-submit=Search
so most likely tubrocharger kits will be avalable for 7gen accord V6 6sp, just because manual transmission is not going to crap out like automatic ones on 6gen accord V6

BTW, guy with turbocharged 00 accord v6 will have dead tranny in few month if he is use more then 5psi.

I don't know what he runs psi wise. I used to kick it with him back in the day, when he first got it and it was an automatic. What will happen with the tranny? Are they weak or something?

Re: Is there a turbocharger for accord v6 coupe 2003 ?

trannies on 6gen accord v6 is the weakest point, they can hardly handly bolt-on modification. why whould HKS turbo (protype) and Comptech supercharger are make only 4.5psi? because tranny can handle heat generated by torque convertor, even with cooler.

there is group of people at V6P.net that pushing tranny manufacturers to develop auto tranny that can handle 500whp, and they very close to make happen.
