While it may sound silly, but don't laugh until you try it. Since father time is creaping up on me slowly and has that wonderful since of humor. I have resorted to multi-vitamins. Man they work !
It will take a week or so to get going but the results were amazing! Now I can keep up with you younger guys and get by on 5 hrs of sleep on a regular basis

I agree, multi-vitamins have worked for me too. I am young, but my schedule is screwy with me having to work random night shifts as a technician, and school during the weekdays.

Mulit-Vitamins have helped me get on my feet and stay there, If you are serious about being real tired alot, I suggest getting the vitamins and trying them for a month. I bet you will notice a difference.

Hummer out of couriosty which brand do you use? Here in New Zealand there is one that specially formualted for Men. The woman have their own as well. I take the natural one, but man those pills are big enough to nearly gag a horse hahaha

I dont use any that are specially formulated. I use "Natrol Multi-Vitamins". They are probably not the best, but I have noticed a slight improvement in vitality since I have been taking them.

They are readily availible at a store near my house, and are fairly cheap.

I was using a multivitamin pack (had like 8 pills in it)for a few months and I've been doing good, but the last 3 days my stomach has been getting nauseated after taking them...so maybe its time to change brands. I dunno why they would all of a sudden do that to me

sorry guys but college is all about never sleeping, i get like 4 hours a nite during the week, never never never take calc 2, statics, physics 2 and chem 1 in the same semester its a bad idea.....oh yeah and just sleep all weekend like i do
