1986 Plymouth Voyager Turbo 5-Speed
I recently bought a 1986 Plymouth Voyager. I have heard stories, seen pictures, even conversed with the owners of Turbo voyagers. My understanding is that the 5-Speed manual transmission is only available on in the 2.2L 4 Cylinder engines, which in some cases have available turbo chargers. My question to you all, is if you know the whereabouts of one of these transmissions, and perhaps the turbo charger....

Good luck, my uncle's got a 87 turbo with a manual. From what I've seen, they are very very rare.
You could try a turbo off of another 2.2 or 2.5 mopar, maybe tranny too.
