changing stock fog lights on SE '03

does anyone know anything about changing the stock fog lights to amber colored true fog lights? Preferably PIAA's. are there any specific bulb or part number anyone can fork over.

Also, how does one change the switch to be independent of the reglar headlights? in other words, the way things are now, the fogs dont go on unless the low beams are on. But i wanted to know how to be able to turn on the fogs independantly.

thanks folks.

heres some fogs that should fit.

the kit also includes a switch that will allow you to control the on/off.
to run the fogs without any other lights would require you to tap into a constant power source other than the low beam wiring.
