I assume this is an aftermarket setup on the 3rd Gen? Factory TTA's had one turbo, if I'm not mistaken, and they were some of the fastest F-bodies ever from the factory

That would be sweet. The '89 turbo was one of the fastest t/a's from the factory. What engine would you be putting the twin turbo setup on?

You could probably make this pretty easy from junkyard parts if you could find a wrecked Turbo Grand National or an engine from one. (Wasn't that what the 89 Trans Am Was?)
Or if you want a really cool set up the Turbo 301. Soooo cool. Especially the boost guage heh. |

the turbo 301's where dogs compared to the buick Lc2 engine (3.8 turbo) they where not intercooled and they where carbed. I love TTA's. My uncle has one and it runs 11.16@121MPH listing to the raido going down the track
. Good luck trying to find a turbo 3.8 in the boneyard it just will not happen and if you do get it right when you see it. (you might want to have a friend stand next to it with a shotgun to protcet it while you pay for it.) Also don't turbocharge a normal 231. you will shuck your rods and crank and pistons before you can blink an eye. The turbo blocks where made with more nickel alloy to make them stonger and they had diffrent pisons and rods than a N/A 3.8. Andy
