yeah, those things are tough to make, because you have to make it look right, lol. I suggest that you take one that was already made, and strip it down to an outline. Change the outline and make it look more like the car that you want. After that add in the door lines, windshield lines, bumpers, lights, etc....
I hope that possibly might have helped, lol.

no problems with the questions, when I started out I asked a lot of them too. I've been using photoshop for years, so I don't expect you to know everything yet, lol.
You can take one of the origionals that I have posted up there, and get out your pencil tool (2nd option to the brush tool). Make a new layer, hold alt and click on the color you want, and erase the inside of the car. Then you can make another layer and erase the top outline of the car and redraw it to simulate the car that you want. Basicly use your imagination, you can create any car you want. Make a custom one, car, truck, whatever, just keep it around the same resolution as these. I hope that somewhat helped, and thanks for the compliment.

just right click on the .gif and save it. Then open it up in imageready.. it comes with photoshop 7. and maybe even 6, I forget.(you can open imageready by clicking the button on the bottom of the toolbar, it has a paper pointing an arrow to another paper.)
basicly your going to have to go to the help in imageready, cause it's too much explaining for me to tell you how to make an animation, lol. btw I have a new addition. I made gullwings for my rx-7, also made it a convertable.
