S2000 Widebody

Well, I've been down with a cold for a few days, but I'm back at it...

Comments and criticisms appreciated as always!

Re: S2000 Widebody

That is a damn good drawing. Nice line variation.

BG Do you know anything about copyright rules?
Is it legal to make a logo with a 50s Chevy panel side pickup in it.

^ No, I don't think so, unless it's a patented part of the truck. Copyright infringement involves with duplicating photos that is owned by the company. That includes drawing it more than 50% of the photo, color, and such. As long you don't copy a picture exactly like the photo, you should be fine.

Re: S2000 Widebody

Brutal one, nice and smooth lines, The rims looks strange to me, I personaly would chose something with thinner rays, but I'll see once you finish this one
PS: I'm starting to do S2000 too, funny one, so look forward to "The human touch AP1"

Re: S2000 Widebody

Love it like all your others. But the one thing thats bothering me is the rear wheel in comparison to the rear quarter. I just think the shape of it should be revised

Ngati, I've been looking at that rear quarter my-self and thinking that it may want to echo the shape of the front fenders a bit.

And Madish, the spokes do look like they belong on a 4X4, eh?

Revisions on the way!

Re: S2000 Widebody

Tweaked the rims and fooled around with the rear 3/4.

What y'all think?

EDIT: Hmmmm, I've made the rear wheel cut-out too large...let me adjust that....

I place a sheet over the original, work out the revisions, scan in the revision sheet, then cut & paste in PS over the scanned original.

So much easier than using scissors and glue!

Dude you used photoshop. It is now officially not a real drawing. My duty to let you know.

Well, I've tried the traditional cut and paste, but it was a bugger to clean the glue off of the monitor screen. =O
