Don’t know. I think it’s got to be exhaust intake and some inside engine upgrades.

The upgrade is the Dinan S2 package, and here is a link to a Car and Driver Specialty File on the vehicle:

BTW, it costs 35 grand and is more than an engine upgrade.

That's what I thought and $3500 sounds about right.
Do you know if that includes installation? With or without, 76 horses for that price sound pretty good to me.

hsk73, that price isnt 3500, but 35000..... sorry for the disappointment. it includes suspension upgrades, etc. and does include installation

470bhp is a fairly straightforward job with the M5 engine. A colleague of mine has a Hartge-tuned M3, which consists of a lightened M3 with an M5 engine tuned to 470bhp. He still doesnt find it fast enough and is tuning it to ~520bhp. Needless to say he's insane.
