When good times go bad :(

Hate to ring in some sad news people, but BE CAREFUL out there. And for gosh sakes, KNOW the limits of your car and what it can and cannot do. Sad sad tragedy that happened here in the San Diego area of So. Cali the night before last.

Moral of story... Street racing is for idiots and queers. REAL MEN take it to the track.

Thanks for that link, it's probably a better description of the event since it was a first hand witness account of it. Either way, a very sad and unnessacery loss.

by the title of this thread i thought you were talking about the accident on the 710 in L.A.
short version: guys with an Element drives fast with passengers. Guy in teg thinks he's racing, catches up and flies off freeway.

but this one, if i may quote someone in that post, "that's stuff nightmares are made of"

There was an accident over here near Seattle a couple weeks ago...two guys were racing, one of them hit another car head on, just someone on their way home from the office or something, and they both died I think, im not positive, but im pretty sure I remember hearing they both died a few days after.

Man... thats just a little too real. Well, it is real. Its sad a life had to be lost for the driver to learn what he was risking.

Some people just shouldn't be driving, they make us look bad.
