94 Voyager won't idle

My 94 Voyager all of a sudden will not idle. It runs good and idles good as long as I control engine speed when I come to stop signs. Does anyone have any idea what mite cause this ? I am still a carb sorta person, but I would like to know a little bit about these EFI's

Thanks

Sounds like the Idle bypass valve or Idle controller. Not sure where this is on a van, but probably has in a service manual.

You might wanna check the EGR valve. I was having the same prob for a couple of weeks, took to garage and said they couldn't find anything wrong so did a tune up. Ran OK for a while then rough idle again. Spoke to a mechanic who knew these vehicles and said it sounded like bad EGR valve. Replaced it and running good for a week so far.
