I bought an air intake from ebay and want to know if it is street legal in california. look. check out web page.

Unless it has a carb sticker saying its legal, it isnt, and ive never seen a generic one that is carb approved, so Id say no, it is not legal.

although its not to hard to replace it w/ the original before u take the smog test- or buy one that is CARB legal |

exactly..unless it has the stickers it's a no go
but you could always switch when it's shop/inspection time as mentioned...Good luck w/ what you do....
