Its a safety issue!!!!
The speed limiter is programmed into the computor to cut fuel delivery when you hit a predetermined speed and/or RPM. Its designed in relation to the factory installed tire speed rating. And like my friend Flatrater said...ITS A MINIVAN!..NOT A SPORTS CAR!
