How to stop engine from smoking?

My engine runs and starts great but it smokes like crazy. The compression is within 10psi up or down so i dont think its the rings but i have no idea what else it could be. please help

What color smoke and where is it coming from?
Just because your rings have an even balance doesnt mean they are good. What was the average compression?

White smoke from the exhaust. Average compression was about 120psi

You need a new head gasket. The white smoke is coolant burning in the combustion chamber.
