Is Nitrous System in CA Legal

Hi,
I want to put Nitrous System in my 2001 Honda Accord. I want to know is it legal to use Nitrous System in CA. Can any one list the sites where I can find more info.

If 'Yes' then which one is the best.

At the track its legal, on the street is a different story. The bottle must be disconnected. This is what a big sub box is for, hide the bottle in there if your worried about getting caught.

Exactly, it's legal to have, to possess, to eat if you want. It's just illegal to have it hooked up in your car while driving on the streets. Hit the track and it's a completely different story.

you dont wanna eat car nitrous or inhale for that matter. It has a poison unlike medical grade.

I remember seeing in some magazine a small-bottle nitrous system that actually _hid_ the slender tank in the right-side tool locker of the 98-02 Accord.

Can't remember who made it, though, or if it was custom. But what state trooper would think to look in the locker where the lug wrenches are, and you could route the lines under the trunk carpeting, around the tire, etc.

NOS Sneaky Pete is one small kit I can think of. There are different size bottles available . . . .from each juice company

Hey Guys,
What is the best way to Put Nitrous? i.e. Dry or Wet. Have you guys done the Nitrous on your car. Which is Easy to do?

If your asking then you should not be installing or using nitrous. Read about it. Dry kits are easiest to install and use but are more dangerous than wet kits which are much harder to install & use.

Say you spend as little as $25.00 or as much as $200.00 on nitrous education, thats a whole lot cheapier than an engine.

Agreed. Lack of education about it seems to most often be answered in a rather permanent way with a blown engine.
