Unhappy horn doesn't work

We have an 95 explorer and the horn doesn't work . Is there anyone out there that can help us. We have check all the fuses and relay and they are good.

does the air bag light flashing on and off when you turn the ignition switch on ?

the air bags light comes on when starting,stays on for a few seconds,then goes off.(we can't even find the horn under the hood) do you know where it is located.

look in under hood fuse block for fuse and horn relay
swap relays to know if relay is bad

The fuse and relay are good. But the horn still doesn't work.

Are you sure the relay is good? We had the same problem -- and the relay clicked when the horn was pushed. However -- we replaced the relay anyway on the suggestion of a mechanic and it fixed the problem...

I had the same problem. I found that there were 2 horns under the left front and appeared to be hooked in series. One wire was off disabling both horns.Could be the problem but I have a 99.
