Canadian 98-02 Accord parts? (cool panel bezel)

If you look in the original Owner's Manual for a 98-02 Accord, you'll see a page describing the Front Seat Heater system on the Canadian models only. Now, I don't need that, but what I _did_ notice is that that model has a different bezel on the acessory socket/tray area, one with two nice foglight/sunroof-type switches molded into it for the heater controls.

That plastic bezel would be perfect for sleek OEM-like placement of some additional controls for lighting or accessories without having the junkpile 'stuck under dashboard' look.

Anyone know where the Canadian trim parts can be had? eBay is a bust, and so are web searches in general.
