Cheapest place to buy paint in singapore
Hi there, just started car modelling and would like to know where the cheapest place to buy tamiya acrylic paint in singapore? And what type of paint do you guys use in car modelling??

Hi, first of all.. Welcome to AF
 Glad to see another fellow modeler in AF.Can't help you on the acrylic paint question but for the second one. I use the Tamiya Colour Spray Cans and Tamiya Enamel Paint.

Its at a fix price at most hobby shops but not all carries the product...

Try HOBBY POINT at Tiong Bahru Plaza for the acrylic type.Cost about $2.60 for the small bottle and $3.90 for the bigger bottles.

Tamiya models have gone up by 400 yen about 1-2 months ago. Not sure about paint and accessories though. Their reissues of old models will also bear the same markup.

Tamiya models did not go up by 400 yen
Its only Tamiya car and bike models here in Singapore that prices has been jacked up. Paints, supplies and other model kits like ships, planes did not increase in price...

a local store sells it for 96 cents a little bottle... cheap!!!

cant compare the prices in different countries because different currencies...and different standards of living...
