92 accord won't start

I have a 92 accord that won't start about every 8th time. I tried to get codes from the check engine light but it doesn't flash. While waiting for it to flash I noticed that the D4 on the shift selector was flashing. I got what I think are codes 12, 37 and I think 80 but I'm not sure what is going on here. The D4 stays lit just like the engine light is suppose to and can be reset by disconnecting the battery. Sorry for the long post. Thanks

Yes it cranks, It just decides not to start for awhile. It acts like there is no spark, but then all of a sudden it will start.

Sounds like your ignitor and coil getting ready to go. they are inside of the distributor. My brothers car is doing the same thing. I'm almost sure thats what it is....
