Is it possible to put in a jdm cable b16 Sir 1 instead of a jdm hydro Sir2 in a 94 civic? or a XSI from a 92-93 integra?I say Sir 1 becuase it comes out of a 88-91 crx I think?

yes you can, but you will have to get the cable to hydro conversion kit and you will also need to change the motor to obd1. you will need the obd1 distributor and obd1 injectors. you just use the engine harness from you car to hook it all up. there is also some wiring that needs to be done. i probably missed some other stuff. you might as well get a b16a sir2 cause by the time you do all that other stuff to make it work in your car you could have just bought a sir2 which drops and plugs right in.

Not to mention your buying an older motor... more wear and tear on it, converting to OD0, blah blah blah - and putting a motor that is OLDER then the cars year (e.g. putting a 91 motor into a 95 car) is illegal - and if you ever get stopped and someone feels like being a cock, your in for a rollercoaster of sh*t!
