2002 330 Navigation Problem HELP!
I have come here looking for help.
I have 2002 BMW 330 with the BMW navigation system with CD-ROM. The problem I am having is every-time the female voice comes on to interrupt the stereo I get a moderate to loud popping noise. The popping noise is not effected by the volume of the audio system. So even if you are listening to a CD at a very low level and the Navigation comes on to give you a voice command you get a Loud pop. I have spoken with BMW and the local dealer acknowledged that they saw the problem but when a field rep from BMW NA came to look at it he said it is a normal function of the system and they can not do anything. I believe they are saying it is a normal function because they have no fix. Has anyone else seen or heard of this problem? I have already called customer relations and they have been less them helpful, HELP! |
