Hei para22 nice meeting you here...If you have any problems with Photoshop or have some questions feel free to ask me.

P.s. I speak very good Polish, but I actualy can't write Polish So if you don't know something how to ask in English you can ask in Polish...

One more question: are there any companies in Poland which install NOS systems?

Ok , if i'll have any guestions i'll ask , the first one is about snowboarder's pick-up , how did you stretch it without touching the background? And i think that my english is good enough for you to understand what i mean , and if i have written in polish other members won't understand it... and about your question , i have no idea if there are any companies installing nos here , but i have heard of any , so it's time for one more question for you , in your place for vechicle it says "none" what for do you need nos then?

Nick: kbslacker
Real name: Kristian but I go by Kris.
Age: 22

Ocupation: Work for AOL Time Warner
Homepage: dont have one yet.

I just recently started playing around with photoshop a few months ago. So I dont know a whole lot about what there is. I am looking at picking up a few books, like photoshop 6 for dummies. Or, can anyone recommend some good books? I know of a few web sites with some basic tutorials out there, but I would rather have a in depth instructions.

OK guys some replays:

Para22 - try using Smudge tool (just pick up the right Preassure you need), also you can try using Clone Stamp Tool (I prefer using it in a new layer, so it's easier to edit it), the main idea is to do short movements and try to make it as real as it's possible. Well I guess that was what you wanted to know. If I am wrong make it more clear what you want. And about NOS, well after watching The Fast and The Furious a lot of people became interested in NOS, but actualy noone in Lithuania install it, so I was wondering if there such companies in Poland.

Goosse - some time ago there was a Belgium www about car photoshopping I guess the url was: www.picturetuning.cjb.net, but now it's gone. Maybe you know something about that page, or any other european www about photoshopping?

Kbslacker - the best way to learn photoshopping is to do it on your own. Well I never read any books about it, just tryed doing things and looking whats happening Good luck...

How exactly do you change car colour. I've tried it a few times and sometimes it works and sometimes it looks like shit. Can someone please tell how to do this?

Si 2 Si has prepared very good tutorial how to change car color, click here: http://www.geocities.com/bryces22/car_colorchange.html ; well the main thing in changing cars color is the original picture, also the variaty of colors to change is limited, I mean it's very hard to make form dark (black) color car to light one (silver, white). Try using light colored cars, you'll see it's much easier.

Oh if you want you can send me the original picture of the car you want to change color, and I'll try to see whats the best way to change it's color.

GOOD LUCK

Keep in mind that the tutorial on my site is a real basic way to do it. I personally don't use that method to often. I use hue/sturation/levels/replace color/brightness/colorbalance usually.

Different methods achive differenent results. "Replace color" is great for changing dark colors to light colors, whereas a Hue works great for greys, blues and reds. There are alot of methods and some work better than others

And like adux said, try starting out with lighter colored cars.
