Yes Michaël very much so. First I was a bit unsure. I felt like I abbandoned Citroën after being loyal to the double Chevron for 3 cars and so many years. I felt bad about that, until I started driving the 307. The ride is a lot firmer then with the Citroën, but never a hard ride like German cars. The seat are so much better then Citroëns and although it's a relatively higher then a Xsara or a Focus or Astra for the matter, it's very stable, even at high speeds and under heavy breaking.

My trip to Norway with her, gave me enough opportunity to test it under different conditions. And I must say I was impressed with her stability under heavy breaking from top speed - which I tested on a free German highway. From 190 to 100 and it didn't felt unstable at all. Fuel consumption is with 7,5l/100 kms not just there yet, but the more kms I'll put on her, the more improvements that I'll see in that area.

I also was not sure in the beginning with the tyres being Pirelli P7. I only had Michelins under my Citroëns, but the P7 is not only a lot softer, but therefor grippier too. Also in the wet it's very good and stable even when cornering. But I guess the downside will be that a P7 will nog last 70.000 kms, like my Michelin Energy's I had on my Citroëns. Strangely enough, Michelin Tyres are not even approved for the 307SW 110HDI. Peugeot recommends, Pirelli, Goodyear or Dunlop Oh well, that's what the user manual and the sticker on the inside front door are saying.

Oh and the glass roof, is just fantastic. The 307 SW is a comfortable and luxury car with all the electronic aids you have. Next week, I'll take her to the UK.
