KIA 2018 slowing down momentarly

Hi there,
My Kia Optima 2018 (25,000 miles) when decreasing speed towards a stop, once getting to about 10mph, there is clicking sound while the car seems to decelerate abruptly and the rpm stays un changed and after 3 seconds, another clunk from the gear, its goes back to normal behavior.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a possible ABS issue.
