1997 Town Car Sig.

I just bought a 97 TC and I want to upgrade it the most I can power wise, and give it strong suspension, I'm not slamming it, I live in Vermont, I don't know how big I can go with the wheels, if it's a good idea to lift the beast, and give it wheel spacers, I can't find any non factory parts, aftermarket parts dont exist, as i also cannot find a supercharger, and i dont know if I really want to chip it, I want to go to dual exhaust, but I also cant seem to find any nice performance exhausts, I'm gonna need new fenders and such or I'm hitting the junk yard, any help on where to look, thanks!! Also I need seat covers, a modern radio kit, touchscreen preferably, I am just not sure where to look man.
