check disc message-2015 Honda CRV
HI All,
I have a 2015 Honda CRV and I love listening to audiobooks. Recently I was changing discs and instead of hearing my audiobook all I got was a "check disc" message. It won't let me attempt to fast forward in case there is a glitch on the disc. I eject the disc and I put in another that I know just played for me and get the same message. What do I need to do? Will putting in a cleaning disc help the problem?

I bought a cleaning disc, but I still got the check disc message because I don't know how to make the cleaning disc run since I have a push button start.
Thoughts anybody?
