2007 center console lid

Anyone know how to remove the center console armrest from a 2007 Avalon. I am trying to recover a split in the armrest material and cant get it off.

The box is held in place by 4 screws, two at the bottom of the storage compartment and two at the very front of the box.

I've done it on my 2007. Like he said there are 4 screws. I ordered a leather replacement from eBay and used contact cement to glue it on. I had a tear that grew bigger and it was done 6 years or so ago. Still looks great.
