Mitsubishi Lancer Advice Please!!

Hey guys, so I have a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer SE and my boyfriend has a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS and we are wanting to start putting money into them. We are not looking to make them super fast or put a whole lot of money into them. All we are really wanting is something that will help with takeoff. We don’t care about going 200 mph, but we wanna take off faster. We were wanting to get a turbo kit but we just can’t afford it right now. Also would y’all recommend getting an entire exhaust kit or just do muffler delete? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and links to websites because we don’t know a whole lot about cars, we are pretty new to this!

Do not do a muffler delete. Your ears will be thankful.

I have an 11 GTS 5 speed and only thing I really have "performance" wise is an HPS intake. I've read that with an intake and a tune they can pick up 11 hp. I just haven't justified the tune yet because all my extra money and effort is going into my 3000gt. My friend is a tuner and already told me tuning wouldn't be an issue.
