1992 grand am 3300 coolant leak
I'm sure this has been discussed 1000 times but I cannot find exactly what I'm looking for. I'm very familar with the GM 3.1,3.4,3.8 motors but the 3300 is new to me. I have one that I just picked up it has a coolant leak on the passenger side that I can't pin point it especially leaks once it's shut off. Were these motors known for lower intake gasket problems like the before mentioned motors. Or is the timing chain cover a strong possibility? Everything is covered in antifreeze which makes it difficult I do plan on putting a water pump in it as well but seeing it leaks more when it's shut off I'm a little confused. I guess my main point of all my typing is there something these motors are known for leaking from? Thanks so much.
