VW Samba rat look

I finished a while ago a VW T1 from Revell in 1/24.
I saw the original car at an germay car exhibition. That was my impetus to built a model. The original car was sold in Italy and was an not finished restoration. After sanding appear the different layers of colours.

For my model i used a Revell VW T1 Samba, roof are from the Kastenwagen.
Painted in 6 different layers from Tamiya XF.
For the sanding effect i took 2000 MicroMesh pads and scotchpad.
Rims and Tires are selfmade with 3d printing.
Greets
Michael

PS: one tail light is upside down, now is fixed
