97 Voyager rear wiper light and intermittent wiper light are on

I am having an issue with my a/c and heat only coming out of the defrost vent. It will not switch to panel. I tried recalibrating the HVAC controls and now the rear wiper and rear intermittent wiper lights are flashing. Rear wiper flashes 1 time and then the rear intermittent flashes 2 times. Any ideas?

Thanks for trouble shooting tips. After checking the voltages at the flap actuators I found one that was bad and also had a failure of the hvac control panel.
