Help

Hi I am looking to buy a late/mid 60s 2 door american car, and wondered if there is anybody out there who could help me learn a bit more. I am looking at a 67 Monterey, 65 Impala, 67 Lesabre and a 66 Catalina but have no idea whether for instance chevvys are better than pontiacs etc etc. A good thing to know would be which suffer the rust the most. I don't know what a good engine transmission combo is. I have seen some nice cars but with a 280 or 290 something small block and am not sure if the car will be under-powered or not. I thought I would be looking for a 350 to 400 size but have seen a couple of impalas with a smaller engine but don't know if that is good or bad. Also anybody know of a good shipping company, I have tried a couple but my emails are generally met with silence. Any helpful info would be gratefully received and I will answer every email. I thank you for reading this and look forward to gaining a little more knowledge, please don't leave me in the dark,

Jim
