08 Avenger throwing codes

My sister just purchased an 08 avenger with 130k miles on it for our parents. It drove nicely on the test drive which was 40 minutes long, had only a bad battery which they replaced.

She signed the papers and drove away. She came to my house with it and as she was about to leave she noticed the check engine light was on. I got my code reader and it was a PO203. Took it for a drive and it still drives fine. We got back and I checked the codes again. Now a PO203, PO301, And PO303 are present. Car still rides fine. We are calling the dealer tomorrow. Hopefully they give no issues as it was a cash purchase.

Any idea?
