5.4L 3v Exhaust Leak Tick: Exhaust Manifold Replacement Walkthrough

Well I was finally able to shoot a video showing in detail just how I replace these troublesome manifolds with all my tips and tricks I have learned throughout the years. While this was done a 2006 Explorer 4.6L 3v the same techniques apply and even the torque sequence and specs are the same. I have also linked to all the tools and parts you will need to get the job done in the video description. This should help many people that are tackling this job on their own and in the future if I run across a F150 5.4L 3v I will also have a specific video for that model too. In the mean time this should be used as a good general guide for exhaust manifold replacement on any Ford 3v engine. Hope this helps!!
