1999 explorer eddie bauer

Hi, my 99 explorer was in a slight front end accident, no air bag deployment, lower bumper took most of the hit, headlights ok, grill ok. I removed bumper and the Front Bumper Brackets took the hit big time. are these parts removable? can I install new ones ? and does anybody know here I can find the front bumper for her. thanks all.
