2008 Avalon Transmission Problem

My 2008 Toyota Avalon has 120K on it and was making a transmission noise like the pump was low on fluid. Dropped the tansmission oil pan and filter and found the transmission filter O-ring was in two pieces. Got a new filter and O-ring and pan gasket from Toyota for the low low price of $120.00. Nice.
Flushed the trans, filled with Valoline MaxLife which is WS compatible.
Did the paperclip method of crossing pin #4 and pin #13 to get the trans into temp mode. While running, I pulled the drain plug and let the fluid come to a drip, then tightened. The tansmission worked like a dream for 6 days. Now it's having shift issues. Engine revs higher than normal when shifting.
How do I fix? Don't want to take it to Toyota. Any ideas?

Also noticed my dash vents are not putting out as much air as they used to. Not sure if it's related or not. Sounds to me like a vacuum problem, but I've checked all the vacuum lines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
