Vibration in driving

Hi there, I have had my wheels replaced and the alignment done (which was out quite a bit).

During driving there is a vibration which frequency matches the speed I am going. At about 50mph it's quite loud. eases up faster or slower.

I tried 'wiggle' the wheel while it was off the ground but didn't see any play in the tire. Could this still be the barring assembly? Or is there something else it might be.

Did it do this before you changed the wheels/alignment?

When it's doing it, put it in neutral and coast. If it goes away, suspect drivetrain issue. If it stays, then something with wheels, front end etc.
