97 Cavalier Low Beams are not working, please help!

Okay so here is my issue...
I have a 1997 Cavalier

Both low beams suddenly quit working at the same time.
High beams, parking lamps, turn signals, DRL's and etc all work fine with the exception that DRL's do not come back on if i turn the headlights on then off.

I checked all fuses that have anything to do with lighting and they are all good.
I have power at the fuse for the headlights when i turn them on, despite this i tried replacing the switch anyway with no luck.

I have no voltage at the headlight socket UNLESS both bulbs are unplugged, then i read around 10V which seems pretty normal.

I have no clue what is going on and the fact that i have voltage when both bulbs are unplugged stumped me.

The bulbs are only a few months old and i work gloves installing them as not to touch and ruin them

Under the battery tray is a main forward harness connector. This large connector body is prone for corrosion and/or broken wire leads. There are numerous YouTube videos on more details.
