98 Sunfire nightmare, soon to be scrapped!

98 2.2 automatic 106k. I bought the car last fall from a cousin for $500 for my daughters first car. Body, interior, engine all good. It had the auto shifter button cover problem, fixed. Then the key cylinder was sticking so I replaced. Did the relearn, theft light stayed on. Odometer didnt light up (occasional it would but very dim). I researched the problem. has to be one of three things;ignition, instrument cluster, or pcm. I bought a used cluster from ebay, the odometer still didnt light so I got a refund, however the car started and ran with a solid theft light. So I bought a used pcm from junkyard, wouldnt do a fricking thing, no relearn, solid theft light. So I got pissed off and pushed it out of the garage for awhile.

Went to try to start it two weeks ago, and the damn thing started, solid theft light, check engine light, codes for shifter syloniod a & b, wipers and radio wont work. I installed the original pcm back in the car, no shifter codes, solid theft light, wont relearn, wipers and radio wont work.

I dont have a fricking clue.

I am very close to scrapping the car, so please help.
