99 GTP: How much PAG oil for new A/C?

I'm replacing the entire A/C system: compressor, condensor, evaporator, dryer. I'm trying to figure out how much PAG oil to put in each component. The service manual says the total capacity is 250 ml. It also says

Compressor: If less than 30 ml was drained add 60 ml; if more than 30 ml was drained, add equal amount.
Condensor: Add 30 ml.
Evaporator: Add 90 ml.
Accumulator: Add 30 ml plus amount removed.

I haven't drained and measured oil from the removed components; they've been sitting in the garage for a few months now.

The new compressor probably has an oil charge in it; I need to confirm.

The above amounts don't add up to 250 ml.

Does anyone know the correct oil charge for each component?
