Black wheels to brights

I want to buy a new car from a dealer’s showroom, but it has black painted wheels which I would rather see as brights.

The dealer says that he will have them repainted for me.

Is this a sensible thing for me to agree to, should I buy brights or should I leave them alone?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m no petrolhead.
