Rallycross Volvo C30 from the ERC 2011 on scale 1/24

Now my Ford Cortina on scale 1 /18 is ready I will start a new project.
It is a Volvo C30 rallycross T 16-20 4x4.
There are several pilots in the European Rallycross competition with such a car, think of Holte, Hunsbedt, Andersen ....
In Belgium, this car is driven by Baelus, Sterckens and Bonnet.Now my intention is to make the car on scale 1 / 24.
The basic model I use is from Welly scale 1 / 24.
First, the basic model rebuilding, then I make a mold so I can drain the body in resin.

The wheels are already finished.
The wheels have four holes,the other ones five holes.

I am starting now to rebuild the car.
First of all a remake the front bumper.
Then I go to rebuild the front and rear fenders.

Today I started building the rallycross Volvo C30.
To take a good start, I went monday to Belgian driver Philip Baelus to take pictures of his C30. This car, like the other cars, are building by Ingvar Gunnarsson motorsport in Sweden.







The development of these cars are therefore virtually the same.
Filip his C30 is a 4x2 with a 3 liter 4 cylinder Volvo engine, while the other ERC pilots have 4x4 cars with a 4 cylinder 2.0 turbo or a 2.5 liter 5 cylinder turbo engine.
I have to work weeks to build only the body, only the rear spoiler is the greatest problem.

This is going to be great to watch. What can you tell us about the wheels? Did you make them or use something else?

The wheels with no holes are remaking of a CB-com wheel.
The other wheels with 5 holes are remaking of the Peugeot of Belkits.

Today I designed the interior of the car.
I still need to finish it.
Tomorrow I'm going to make the dashboard.
I also gonna start with the further development of the car, more than 20h of work so far.

I have been busy with construting the dashbord and the steering wheel.
