2008 Town & Country shakes when braking

my T&C strikes again...

Now it shakes when braking at highway speeds (thinking rotors are warped and need changed), but today the brake light, traction control, and ABS lights all come on and stay on when I drive....HELP!

Probably 2 separate issues. But you definitely need rotors.

Re: 2008 Town & Country shakes when braking

there are no error codes (on odometer). Oh..and to add to the headache, I just replaced the transmission in April and it is downshifting hard when coasting at low speeds and then accelerating (occassionally)

Not positive but believe you need a scanner capable of reading chassis codes on 5th generation 2008-2014 vans in order to read ABS codes. The odo will just give you powertrain codes.

the abs etc. lights are off. Had to replace rotors...and found out sway bar links needed replaced. Now my 05 touring needs the headlamp replaced due to a debris impact to the lens.....
