03 Pilot PO743 wont go away

Been working on an 03 pilot. Bought a reman trans and put new torque converter in. aAfter the install it is in lock up/stuck in 3rd gear with PO743 as the code I scanned. Said TCC solenoid A. I have replaced both the shift solenoid and the tcc solenoid A. Have same result. Try to clear the code and it wont clear.Never had the code before I did the trans swap. Cant give up on it due to the fact I am into a trans for 2k already. Open for suggestions. Thanks

Just to add a bit more info....I have went thru the fuses in the car just as a precaution also. Anyone? Anything? (big sigh)
