LF: Program to display mods

Hey everyone, I've been searching for a computer program that you can load your car into (or open pre-loaded models) and then display different mods to your car, ex: front/rear lips, hoods, spoilers etc. Kind of like what you can do in Need For Speed when you buy new visual parts.
Does anyone know of a program that can do this? I'm sure there's one out there.
