1986 Chrysler 5th ave

Bought a new battery b/c the voltage light was on. Car worked fine for two days. Now the light is on again and the car won't start. It doesn't make ANY noise when I try starting it. Some, please help me figure it out

battery light comes on when its not charging, not when battery goes bad. most likely you have a bad alternator, car was running off the battery and not recharging it so it went dead again

Question Re: 1986 Chrysler 5th ave

So you figure just a new alternator? Could it be the relay between the battery and starter?

that would not cause the light to come on but if your not sure most parts stores can test the alternator
