2000 i30 questions

Ok, lets see, I just found this site and I am glad I did I love this i30 and it will be my car as soon as my dad gets a truck. Anyways, I got in an accident a couple of weeks ago and screwed up my front bumper, front left strut, front left rim, hood, windshield and a number of items, but the actual car is fine my dad's friend says. Here are my questions:

-Can and should I switch the suspension from the stock i30 to the i30t suspension? (My friend's dad has one and says it runs a bit harder but it handles so much better)

-I would really like to get some sort of body kit or lips for my car, but I could not find anything until you pointed me at that Cefiro kit. Does that Cefiro kit fit my 2000 i30, does it include the actual bumpers...or are they just bolt-ons, and where can I order it?

-I will need new rims, (because my old ones are gawdy 16s that should have never seen light, and the front left one has a crack [thank God]) should I go to 18s with low profiles and will they rub? Or, should I just get the 17s because the i30t suspension was designed for those?

-Lastly, I would like to get some new headers on my car, and I was wondering if anyone knows of some California Legal ones that would improve performance. (This item I have not yet looked for, so I will go now and start the searching process some more)

Please give all the pros and cons to any thing you can help me with, I really want my car to be something special.
