98 camry no hot air
my car doesn't blow hot air. the temperature gauge goes up to half way like it normally operates at but the air never get more than luke warm. I changed the thermostat last year with no better results and I just had the timing belt and water pump replaced in July. any ideas it been an average of 8 degrees here for the last week and I need help.

You have blockage somewhere. Reach and check if upper and lower radiator hoses are same temp; check if both heater core hoses are same temp.
Most likely, you simply need to bleed air out of the system. After all those jobs done, you are destined to have air trapped. Unless T-stat stuck open or was faulty installed. Worse come to worse, place full size cardboard in front of radiator, to prevent air flow. No worries, won't overheat. |

Heater core clogged. You have to try and back flush the heater core before replacing. Hopefully no stop leak was ever put in the system or the radiator might be clogged too.
Also might want to check the blend doors and linkage for the heater valve in the engine bay. If the cable is bent or stuck it may not be properly opening the valve all the way allowing hot coolant into the heater core.
