Could someone here do me a huge favor and resize this i've tried almost everything within my little known ways to make it 1024x768 nothing works without making it look really shitty.

Its impossible because its probably made with pixels. If you try to resize it, even in Photoshop it will come out blurry. Especially at 1024 pixels wide. I'll try it tonight, but I don't think the results are gonna be too great.
